Summer Reading

So I'm not going to lie, I'm a little obsessed with Pinterest, but it's so full of amazing ideas and it's really helped me be a more productive stay at home mom..minus the countless hours spent on the computer (but my house has never been so clean, thank you pinterest:) It's my thing to do while the kids are asleep, although I've started indexing for the church but I'm not very good, but that's a whole other story. Anyway my point is I've seen a lot of really neat ideas and one that I've kind of implemented in our home is reading with Parker. That's one thing I've kind of slacked with him, but this summer we've really started reading and then we do little activities to go along with the story. It's been a lot of fun. So far we've read Chica Chica Boom Boom, Green Eggs and Ham, Hop on Pop, One Fish Two Fish Blue Fish Green Fish, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, If You Give a Moose a Muffin, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and several others that I can't think of at the moment.
